Chandler Local Moving: Coordinate Access and Your Move Date

When planning a move in Chandler, start with the details that determine when a crew can load and unload. A house, apartment, condo or storage unit may have a different parking route or access window. Confirm those details before selecting a move date, then share them when you request a quote.

Check both properties

At the pickup address, find out where a moving truck may park and whether the building has a move-out window, elevator reservation or gate code. Check the destination too. If the entrance is far from truck parking or there are stairs at either address, tell the moving team. A clear access plan helps the team understand the work before it provides an estimate.

Make an inventory of furniture and boxes, and identify unusually heavy, fragile or awkward pieces. Say whether the move includes a stop at a storage unit or another address. Keep essentials and items you will transport yourself separate. If a property manager needs advance notice, arrange the access window before the move.

Understand the offer and timing

Tru Nationwide LLC offers a $199 minimum for 2 movers and a truck for the first hour of an eligible move in its service area. Travel and standard moving supplies and equipment are included in that advertised minimum. Additional time under the truck special is $96 per hour, billed $24 for each 15 minutes. Share the inventory and access details so the team can explain the quote for your move.

Same-day and next-day service is available, subject to an open booking slot. Customers in the service area are eligible for the public 10% offer, with no 24-hour booking deadline. Ask how the offer applies to your quote; this article does not assume it combines with the $199 special.

Confirm before moving day

Before accepting a quote, confirm the crew and truck arrangement, included time, pickup and destination access windows, and how extra work would be billed. If you are supplying a truck or container and need only loading or unloading, tell the team so it can quote labor-only help separately. Tru Nationwide LLC provides moving services, not stand-alone truck rental.
