Customer responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate job information, disclose unusually heavy, valuable, hazardous or restricted items, provide safe and lawful access to each property, secure required permissions or parking arrangements, and be available or appoint an authorized representative during service.
Payments, cancellations and promotions
Payment terms, accepted methods, cancellation conditions and any processing, travel, disposal or additional-service fees will be provided during booking or on your service documents. Promotions are subject to availability, eligibility, location and job requirements and may not be combined unless we state otherwise.
Google API Services authorization
Tru Nationwide LLC’s Google Ads API tool is intended for internal business use by authorized personnel and approved contractors. If you are authorized to connect a Google account, you authorize Tru Nationwide LLC to access Google account and Google Ads data within the permissions shown on Google’s consent screen and to take the advertising-management actions you request. Authentication occurs through Google-authorized methods; Tru Nationwide LLC does not request or store your Google password. You may revoke authorization through your Google Account permissions. Our collection, use, storage, sharing, retention and deletion of Google user data—including the limited roles of integration and technical service providers—are described in the Google API Services disclosure in our Privacy Policy. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google’s applicable terms and policies.
