Mesa Local Movers: Plan an Apartment or Home Move

A Mesa move can involve more than the drive between 2 addresses. The loading route, parking, stairs and access times can determine how the day runs. When requesting local movers, describe those details along with the size of the move so the crew and truck can be planned for the actual job.

Make a simple inventory

List the large furniture, appliances and number of boxes you expect to move. Tell the team about unusually heavy or fragile items and anything that may need to be taken apart. If you are moving from an apartment, confirm whether there is an elevator, a reserved loading area or a required move-out window. At a home, note gates, narrow entrances and the distance from the door to truck parking.

Give the pickup and delivery ZIP codes and identify any storage stop or second delivery location. If your building requires a reservation for an elevator or loading zone, arrange it before moving day and share the time window when you request a quote. Keep important documents, medication and other essentials separate so they do not go into the truck by mistake.

Review the truck offer

Tru Nationwide LLC offers a $199 minimum for 2 movers and a truck for the first hour of an eligible move in its service area. Travel and standard moving supplies and equipment are included in that advertised minimum. Additional time under the truck special is $96 per hour, billed $24 for each 15 minutes. Provide an accurate inventory and access details so the team can discuss the expected work and confirm the quote.

The public 10% offer is available to customers in the service area without a 24-hour booking condition. Ask how it applies to your particular quote; do not assume it combines with the $199 special. Same-day and next-day service is available, but the requested slot must be confirmed.

Confirm the move plan

Before booking, ask which crew and truck arrangement the quote covers, how much time is included, and how any additional work will be handled. If you need only loading or unloading for a vehicle you provide, request a labor-only quote instead of assuming the truck special is the right fit. Tru Nationwide LLC provides moving services; it does not rent trucks without a crew.
